For considering the Rio’s Agave Room as an option for your special event.  We would be honored to be a part of your memories!

We are happy to answer any additional questions you may have and will be pleased to proceed with booking the space if you wish to move forward.

To reserve your space, a $500 deposit and signed contract will be retained.  Deposit will be applied to the total bill on the date of your event.  All prices listed are exclusive of tax and gratuity.


The Agave Room rates vary, based on the room you select, the time of day, and day of the week.  The Agave Room ballroom offers one large ballroom or two smaller event spaces.  Your Event Coordinator can help determine your needs.

Rates range from $600 to $1500

AGAVE ROOM  (north ballroom)
Rates range from $200-$500

AGAVE ROOM  (south ballroom)
Rates range from $200-$500

The room rate covers the use of the tables, chairs, standard linens, flatware, and staff to set, serve, and clean the room.  The room rate also covers a private Rio bar, staffed and stocked (see bar / beverage options).  A deposit equivalent to the room rental is required to secure your party date.


A 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill, including all food, hosted liquor and special requests.


You will only be charged for the per person rate, beverage consumption and any additional items that were agreed upon in the contract such as enhancements, decorations, flowers, etc. Food minimums apply.


The cancellation of an event must be submitted to the Rio Grande by the contracting party / organizer in writing. Room rental fees are non-refundable should the contracted event be completely canceled, and the following cancellation fee will apply:

Less than 21 days:  50% of the estimated amount
Less than 7 days:  100% of the estimated amount


Consumption Bar:  Pay for the drinks you and your guests order. You may open it for the night, or cap it at your preferred amount.
Cash Bar:  All guests are responsible for their own tab.
Tickets:  You decide how many drinks you want to host & the level of beer/wine/spirits to offer
